An interesting afternoon at the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) Northern Ireland Roadshow yesterday where some of the team got to hear from an incredible range of speakers.

Thomas McKenna who heads up our Personal Insolvency team spoke about ‘When Vulnerability Meets Insolvenc'y’ and provided some practical insight as to how this impacts on Insolvency Practitioners with the key message being “adapt the process, not the objective”.
