Great day with the KCF team at Lough Erne last Thursday reflecting on the past 12 months and looking ahead to what’s next.

A really valuable review of successes over the past year, fresh ideas for an exciting future and plenty of laughs along the way. Days like this are a good reminder that strong teams don’t just happen — they’re built.
