Chris is the Director of Corporate Finance Advisory at Keenan CF. Chris is focussed on delivering added value to clients across a range of assignments. He has extensive experience in Corporate Finance transactions and the wider Advisory field. He has advised many family-owned businesses in Northern Ireland, as well as larger corporates in the UK and Ireland. His experience includes company valuations, lead advisory services on both buy-side and sell-side, investment and finance-raising and financial due diligence assignments.

Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (‘CAI’).  He completed the CAI Diploma in Corporate Finance with distinction. 

When Chris isn’t immersed in a deal, you’ll find him watching Liverpool FC, walking his dog or complaining that his home gym in the garage is too cold.
